is a company of
IMA Group.

an innovative approach and a different vision in the design and construction of extrusion blow moulding machines.

AlphaMAC is part of the IMA Group, a group of companies specialized in the manufacturing of automatic packaging machinery in various sectors such as pharma, food, dairy, tea, coffee, tobacco, personal and home care, etc.

IMA has been present in the market since 1961, with more than 40 production sites around the world, 6,000 employees, with an annual turnover of 1.5 billion euros. Most of its production facilities are situates in the Bologna area, and precisely in Ozzano dell’Emilia.

OUR BUSINESS MODEL.

Starting from the business model, Alphamac differs from the existing realities, with a lean structure that includes the activities with the highest value, while internally preserving the company know-how.

One of the big advantages of our business model is the lean internal structure, with a very specific number of key people who bring know-how and ideas and who have been working in the packaging sector for many years. For non-core activities we use a network of satellite companies of the IMA Group, called Sinermatic with skills focused in the world of automatic packaging machines and the geographical proximity with the AlphaMAC headquarters facilitates constant cooperation and verification of operations.
